Founded in 1987 by third-generation butcher Frank Harlow, our shop started with a single block, a sharp knife, and an uncompromising commitment to quality. Three decades later, nothing has changed — except the number of families we serve.
We source exclusively from six family farms within 200 miles. Every animal is pasture-raised, antibiotic-free, and processed without intermediaries — so you know exactly where your food comes from.
